Maria is a corporate attorney with nearly a decade of experience. Her practice specializes in mid-market transactions and complex commercial agreements.

Maria is licensed to practice law in Florida and New York. She worked in the corporate law departments of international firms in New York City and Miami and also served as a law clerk for the Superior Court in Washington, D.C.

She earned her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University and received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida.

Maria founded the firm to leverage big law experience for mid-market corporate clients, in-house legal teams, startups, and emerging enterprises.

In addition to being an attorney, she is a licensed commercial pilot and an active member of the general aviation community. She was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and speaks Spanish fluently.
